Pair of Vintage G Plan Teak Small Glass Fronted Display Drinks Cabinets - Fornasetti Tema E Variazioni
These stunning vintage mid-century G Plan display cabinets have been professionally refinished to bring it into the 21st century.
The interior showcases Piero Fornasetti's 'Tema E Varizaioni' - one of the most famous designs by the iconic Italian designer. This design illustrates Fornasetti's ability to draw many and various inspirations from a single motif. The muse for Tema E Variazioni was in the form of Lina Cavalieri, an opera singer who appeared in a 19th centruy French magazine. Fornsetti was captivated by her mysterious face. This super rare wallpaper is no-longer in production and is considered a collectors item.
Each cabinet has one adjustable height glass shelf and has been fitted with wooden tapered legs and an LED light which gives an understated and effortlessly sophisticated appearance.
The cabinets can be utilised as cocktail cabinets to store all of your favourite elixirs, glassware and accessories - some things are just too pretty to be stashed in the kitchen cupboard! Alternatively they could be utilised as storage for designer heels, books or homeware to keep the dust away! Their slim profile would look great in an alcove or against a wall and its timeless appearance would compliment most colour schemes.
