If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
If you item arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We strongly advise customers to unwrap and check items upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged then please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
If you have simply had a change of mind about your item then you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.*
*Returns are not accepted on commission/custom pieces unless they arrive defective.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non refundable.
The delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
